Newport Body Works is a wellness lounge at 2200 Harbor Blvd in Costa Mesa, California. Its sauna and cold plunge service pairs an infrared sauna with chromotherapy lighting and a cold plunge tub, kept at an average of 45 degrees Fahrenheit, in a private room. Each room has its own shower and television, and the sauna supports Bluetooth audio. Sessions of 30, 60 and 90 minutes are priced at $50, $65 and $90. The venue also offers memberships, including unlimited 30-minute and 60-minute options, along with float therapy, cryotherapy, compression, red light therapy, IV therapy, massage, facials and aesthetic services.
