The services include an Ensi infrared sauna that reaches up to 140 degrees and has a chromotherapy light, plus a cold plunge that gets as low as 36 degrees. Contrast therapy sessions move guests between the sauna and the plunge in repeated cycles, in private rooms. Visits are one on one.
